![]() Pilates is a system of body conditioning that is both gentle and athletic. If taught correctly it can dramatically transform how your body moves, feels and performs. It builds strength without bulk and teaches the body awareness, good alignment and can greatly reduce both muscle and joint pain. Kilter Health Pilates classes are all 'spine and tummy' safe, which means we do not perform any 'sit-up' or 'crunch' movements which can have a debilitating effect on posture and can weaken core muscles. We work on strengthening your deep core muscles through a series of slow and controlled movements, designed to gently challenge and transform your body. Our classes are for all abilities and ages. You work to your own level and ability with exercise modifications and alternatives offered depending on your physical needs. |

![]() What you need to knowClasses can be block booked at £6 per class or £7 pay as you go. Classes must be booked in advance as class numbers are limited - please contact me in the first instance. All abilities are welcome. Please bring your own mat, wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a drink. All classes are 1 hour in length. |
